Although incorporated in the United States, Flanova Services LLC voluntarily applies GDPR and DSGVO standards to all personal data we process, regardless of the user's location. 2.1 Contact Form
Name, email address, message content, and submission timestamp – used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

2.2 Server Log Files
IP address, browser type, OS, referrer URL, date/time – collected by our hosting provider for security and stability. Deleted after 7 days.

A single functional cookie (flanova-lang) stored in your browser's local storage to remember your language preference. Contains no personal identifiers, does not track you, and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings. No analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies are used on this website.
3. AI Services & EU AI Act Compliance
Where Flanova Services LLC recommends, implements, or advises on AI tools and systems, we adhere to EU AI Act principles:
- Transparency: We clearly identify when AI systems are in use and explain their purpose.
- Human oversight: All AI-supported recommendations are reviewed by our consultants before delivery.
- Data minimization: We advise clients to collect only data strictly necessary for their AI use case.
- DSGVO compliance check: All AI tools we recommend are evaluated for GDPR/DSGVO compliance before recommendation.
4. Data Retention
- Contact form data: up to 3 years after inquiry resolution, unless law requires longer
- Server log files: 7 days
- Language cookie: until you clear your browser storage
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be shared only with:
- Hosting provider (Vercel Inc.): Server log data processed under a Data Processing Agreement.
- Legal obligation: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
No data is transferred to advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media platforms.
6. International Data Transfers
Flanova Services LLC is based in the United States. If you are in the EEA, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as adopted by the European Commission as the legal basis for such transfers.
